If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in original condition, without wear and tear and no sign of physical damage.
Return shipping on U.S. orders is free.  You will be provided a pre-paid FedEx domestic label for returns once the return process is initiated.
Discounted and Final Sale Items may not be returned for refund, store credit or exchange. To initiate the return process, please contact customer service at info@idolymaya.com.  In your email please provide the reason for the return, as well as a contact number where you can be reached. You will be provided an authorization return number and a pre-paid Fed Ex Label. Your authorization number must accompany your return shipment or your return will not be processed.
